Our client is a successful and award winning travel company that offer various travel services across the globe. Due to remarkable growth, we are now seeking an experienced Travel Account Development & Reservations Executive to join their busy and friendly team.

This role is ideal for an account manager from a travel background seeking something a little different in which you will be rewarded for your hard work.

Duties include:

  • Responsibility for the growth of existing customers and converting opportunities generated by the sales team.
  • Develop relationships and become the principal point of contact for existing and prospective clients.
  • Qualifying, quoting, and conversion of ad-hoc groups.
  • Provide scanned images, brochure material when required.
  • Organise and accompany some clients on FAM Trips and inspection trips.
  • Produce regular special offers to be sent to existing, potential customers for which you have responsibility for developing.
  • Keeping abreast of new hotels, entrances or events that arise

 

Essential requirements:

·         Similar account development experience and/or reservations within the travel or hotel industry  

·         Fluent in English, German is preferable but not essential.

·         Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet

·         Exceptional customer service and results driven

·         Highly accurate with an excellent attention to detail
