Travel Graduate - Admin Assistant 

Our Client who are a highly accredited luxury travel company are looking for a Travel Graduate - Admin Assistant. The role involves assisting agents with bookings and you will need to be proactive in offering our Concierge service to all clients to include pre-booking spa treatments, dinner reservations and children’s clubs etc.

Responsibilities of the Travel Graduate - Admin Assistant are:

  • Checking all bookings at confirmation and finals stage, ensuring that all details are correct, costs are as per invoices and deadline are noted
  • Assisting with telephone calls, taking messages as required
  • Assist with work when sales consultants are on holiday or a fam trip
  • Work with the sales person to ensure that contacts are made with the hotel concierge at our preferred hotels.
  • For VIP clients and clients booking special trips ensure that a bottle of wine and welcome letter is arranged at their first hotel
  • For all clients pre book seating & any special requirements at the time of ticket issue

Skills required of the Luxury Travel Consultant:

  • Ideally degree educated
  • Good level of computer literacy
  • Ability to work independently and to multi task
  • Experience of using a GDS travel systems would be a bonus
  • Good level of written and spoken English
