Finance and Administration Assistant required for this Business Travel Company located in central Glasgow.
JOB DESCRIPTION: The core duty within this role is to administer the online booking tool and deal with finance queries within this busy, successful Business Travel Brand.
Key responsibilities include: -Manage post booking administration. -Quality check invoices. -Deal with finance queries from suppliers, management and airlines. -Conduct and raise invoicing. -Use strong communication and organisational skills. -Report to management. -Liaise with suppliers. -Conduct general administration.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: I am looking for a suitably experienced candidate, who has strong finance and administration skills, gained from within a travel environment - a Business Travel environment is preferred but this can be from another travel sector. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, strong organizational skills, use the ability to multi-task and be able to work within a busy, fast-paced environment. GDS knowledge is preferred but not essential.
