My client, a leading worldwide travel company is seeking a travel Administration Executive to join their Operations team.
The Travel Administration Executive will support and assist in the daily running of the Operations department ensuring the after sales and customer service continues to satisfy the clients experience with the company.
This is a Monday to Friday role.
Travel Administration Executive Duties and Responsibilities:
Opening the daily post delivered into the Administration Department.
All invoices to be checked against the booking, ensuring the spelling of clients' names, departure dates and where applicable; resorts, board basis and number of nights are all correct.
All Tour Operator invoices to be processed, attached into the correct bookings and/or entered into the correct spreadsheets for Accounts.
All tickets are to be checked against the booking, ensuring the spelling of clients' names, departure dates and where applicable; resorts, board basis and number of nights are all correct.
Any post not relating to Administration to be passed to the correct person/department.
All tickets to be filed away into the correct booking.
To answer the telephone and/or meet with our clients using a professional and polite manner at all times.
To check all bookings made in other Tour Operators' and/or Airline booking systems.
Travel Administration Executive Experience Required:
Previous operations or administration experience within the travel industry
Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, prioritise and co-ordinate tasks
Ability to persuade and negotiate
Effective communication skills both written and verbal
Strong customer service ability
Travel Administration Executive Salary and Benefits;
Base salary of £21,500 after probation
20 days holidays
