Travel Administration / Sales Support up to £19 k central London

Great opportunity to join a highly regarded travel companies administration department

Responsibilities

To ensure that the contents of ticket wallets are produced and compiled in an accurate and timely manner

Preparing documentation for tour bookings, client questionnaires and ticket wallets

Stationery and stock ordering and control (maps/guide books/extras)

Printing and sourcing of maps, driving directions and destination guide notes

Maintaining the photocopier and ensuring sufficient supplies in stock

Checking supplier and courier invoices against services and goods provided

Secondary responsibilities

Producing joining instructions

Brochure dispatch

Printing invoices, vouchers and labels

Ad hoc administration and sales tasks as required

Knowledge/Skills required

Good telephone manner

Flexible and reliable

Systems knowledge and Microsoft Word and Paint skills

Good geographic knowledge

Excellent organization and attention to detail
