Admin Assistant - Travel Sector, Brighton
Our client is an leading Business Travel Management Agency located in central Brighton. They are looking for an Administration Consultant who ideally has had experience working in travel and wants to make a move in to the Business Travel Sector.
The responsibilities of the Admin Assistant - Travel Sector are as follows:
Support the business travel consultants with producing travel itineraries
Loading details of hotel commissions on to system and chasing payments
Reconciling hotel bill back payments
Answering the telephone to clients
Supporting the director with ad hoc duties
Using GDS system to check clients bookings when they call
The skills required for the Admin Assistant role is as follows;
Ideally 1 years’ experience working within the travel industry
Good enthusiasm with good communication skills
Able to multi task and work quickly
Keen to learn and progress
