To assist with administration, aftersales, ticketing and hotel bookings on a GDS system.
DESCRIPTION * Telephone Enquiries * Processing bookings from website * Ticket Dispatch * Invoicing of Bookings * Changes to Hotel Reservations * Working hourswith 2 Saturdays per month
EXPERIENCE The suitable candidate will have a travel background with knowledge of administration. Ideally you will have experience of using a GDS system and knowledge of Dolphin. You have been keen to learning and develop your knowledge and skills within this exciting travel company!
