Our client is a Luxury Tour Operator, specialising in luxury tailor-made holidays.
They are looking for an experienced Travel Administrator/ Sales Support Executive to join their team.
The role involves supporting their busy sales support team, ensuring all travel documents are correct before final documentation is sent out.
· Checking invoices and insure they are paid accordingly
· Inputting client information on the system
· Preparation of final itinerary, tickets, vouchers and any other information needed by the client before travel
· Travel Admin/Sales Support background
· Experience in using a GDS
· Being able to work to strict deadlines
· Knowledge of reading contracts
· Team Player
· Good Organisational Skills
