Education: minimum A level
Job experience: At least one year of Call Centre sales with Ski knowledge/specialist, long haul specialist, travel experience.
Fluent in English
Valid visa to work in UK.
Amazing communication skills (especially over the phone) and customer care skills
Clear and friendly telephone voice
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
Self-motivated individual, persistent and demanding, open-minded, with an entrepreneurial spirit and will to be part of a team
