JOB DESCRIPTION: The Travel Systems Assistant Manager position is an IT generalist position providing day-to-day operational support for my clients data and telecoms infrastructure and end-user support for both bespoke and off-the-shelf applications. The position works under the direction of the IT Manager. Applicants should display excellent technical problem solving skills, a solid understanding of Windows network operating systems, and general understanding of LAN/WAN networking. Experience of Office365 and Avaya IP-Office & ACCS would be advantageous. This position will also play a significant support role in being the first point of contact for both hardware and software issues for local and home working users.
