Travel Assistant Systems Manager, Do you have a good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products? Familiar with troubleshoot basic tech issues? This fast growing travel company is seeking a Systems Assistant to work in their Glasgow team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Travel Systems Assistant Manager position is an IT generalist position providing day-to-day operational support for my clients data and telecoms infrastructure and end-user support for both bespoke and off-the-shelf applications. The position works under the direction of the IT Manager. Applicants should display excellent technical problem solving skills, a solid understanding of Windows network operating systems, and general understanding of LAN/WAN networking. Experience of Office365 and Avaya IP-Office & ACCS would be advantageous. This position will also play a significant support role in being the first point of contact for both hardware and software issues for local and home working users.

General Duties:
- Assist in the maintenance and administration of computer networks and related computing environments including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary.
- Configure, monitor, and maintain
