Our Travel Consultants between them have travelled to 96% of the world's countries and offer knowledge and service that is second to none.
Virtually every member of our head office team and senior sales staff started their career as a trainee Travel Consultant. We recruit almost exclusively from internal applicants when it comes to promotions and new positions.
The Travel Consultant
Over 80% of our clients are either referred to us by word of mouth or have travelled with us before. We believe this is due to our ability to exactly match the most appropriate travel products with the client's individual and unique needs, no matter how complex the requirements are, and exceed their expectations at every opportunity.
The ideal Travel Consultant will be well travelled with some previous experience of sales. We need people with the ability and desire to advise on, plan and sell travel arrangements to a diverse client base whilst delivering an unparalleled level of client care.
A strong worldwide geographical awareness is needed as well as extensive and recent first hand travel experience with particular preference for travel in Australia & New Zealand, America & Canada and Asia.
