As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for owning the customer journey from start to finish, including handling any customer issues or complaints & resolving them with the support of your in-store team.
What you’ll be doing
Provide the best and most comprehensive service possible to all our clients within a retail environment.
Managing the customer from the beginning of their journey to when they come back and maintain and build repeat business.
Answer telephone calls, handle e-mail enquiries, written and personal enquiries from clients and pro- actively be available for web chat enquiries.
Working as an effective team member, through sharing own product knowledge with your team & customers, where necessary.
Maximising all sales opportunities including the sale of cruise, specialist & 3rd party product and ski, and also ensuring you keep up to date with all new product.
Provide the highest standard of service to all customers from all channels of communication. For sales or service on bookings the standard of service should always be exceptional.
To maintain and demonstrate your own level of expertise of the sales system and product knowledge.
Attend supplier training sessions and participate in the educational programme.
