Travel consultant team leader - Required for this upmarket travel company based in North London. They are looking for an experience travel manager/Team leader who has a background in luxury travel. They will pay up to £35,000 + comm/bonuses and great benefits including 25 days holidays.
Travel consultant team leaders duties
-To service client travel requests, accurately, efficiently and within agreed deadlines.
-Manage the day to day operation of the Department, upholding all our policies/procedures whilst demonstrating the companies Values
-Maintain a consistent high-quality level of customer service delivery.
-Successfully manage the implementation of any new process and procedure. Any challenges to be highlighted to the dedicated account manager and the Operation Manager.
-Ensure excellent customer service is achieved. Calls are handled efficiently with team members being polite and helpful at all times, correspondence is written in a professional manner, queries are dealt with swiftly and positively.
-Any complaints that may arise are to be handled in conjunction with the dedicated account manager and the Director.
-Effective Team Management. Team members feel supported, listened to and have agreed ongoing objectives in place to aid their development by conductive regular Performance Reviews.
-The Manager is responsible to train any new staff member to ensure that they adhere to the company's policies and procedure. Organise holidays, manager sickness, training and shifts for the team members. The list isn't exhaustive.
