Travel - Customer Care Executive – Online Travel Agent- £18k – South West London
Travel Customer Care Executive is required by an Online Travel Agent who are passionate about delivering the highest standards of service to our customers. The Customer Care Executive will ensure the high levels of customer service are maintained handling calls and emails from travel customers once their booking is completed and deal with any additions and alterations to bookings.
The Travel Customer Care Executive will:
The successful Customer Care Executive will have strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally at all levels with excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure and independently. As Customer Care Executive you will have strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task and be proactive and enthusiastic. Experience in a similar Customer Care role or in the Travel industry is preferable but not essential.
