This rapidly expanding travel company is seeking an experienced Travel Customer Relations Executive to join the team. The role involves managing complaints from start to finish within all the travel guidelines ensuring they are resolved in a mutually acceptable way. You'll have previous experience in a similar role, you'll be joining a friendly team and offer a salary up to £23k.
Customer Relations Executive Responsibilities:
Investigating post arrival complaints
Liaising with suppliers regarding complaint issues
Responding to complaints by letter or by telephone fairly and by ABTA guidelines
