Based in their offices near Stockport, this interesting and varied role offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of a busy support team as the company enters an exciting time of growth! The role involves handing pre- and post-travel queries including customer service calls, providing information to customers, dealing with amendments and processing balance payments and travel documents. Previous experience within a similar travel industry support role would be advantageous and the successful candidate will be highly organised with strong customer service and problem solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
