JOB DESCRIPTION; Working as a Business Travel Customer Service Consultant, your role will be to provide a high level of customer service and support to the customers across all areas of the business. You will be responsible for dealing with a variety of enquires and responding to them using effective communication. You will also support customer implementations along with the management of a number of customer accounts. Duties include; - Maintain a high level of understanding of all internal systems and processes and ensure a consistent service is delivered. - Provide strong support to the Account Management team, in relation to operational areas of the business - Be responsible for a number of customer site builds as part of the implementation process, to deliver in accordance with the customer requirements.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Working closely with the Team Leader, following best practice for managing customer accounts. Analysing customer data to aid meaningful discussions to assist with delivering savings and value for money. You will have excellent customer service with a understanding of business travel processes.
