A well-established, successful and dynamic travel agency are looking for an experienced Travel Customer Service Manager to join their small but very busy support team.
We are looking for someone with a minimum 2 years travel industry experience in a managerial or leadership role.
As a Travel Customer Service Manager you will supervise, guide and motivate colleagues to work together and ensure good customer service is delivered at all times. You will coordinate team skills to match the best-suited team member to a particular task, ensure deadlines are met, oversee work productivity and resolve any issues effectively.
