Insight Vacations & Luxury Gold – Rare opportunity to join our team!

Insight Vacation & Luxury Gold have a new opportunity to join the team as a Travel Experiences Executive.  The team is at the forefront of tourism, creating exciting new product globally, and we’re looking for an articulate administrator who knows their “they’re” from their “there”. In this role, you will be working with the small team in a worldwide capacity to communicate the dynamic changes we’re implementing to make Insight Vacations & Luxury Gold better than ever. Role Description: The Travel Experiences Executive will be integral in updating and maintaining our Content Management System (PDMS). The PDMS populates itinerary information for scheduled trips across the world. The right person for the role has exceptional command of written English, high attention to detail and an ability to work to tight deadlines.

Reports to: Travel Experiences Manager

Contract: Permanent Full time

Scope: This entry level position would suit someone interested in learning about the product development process and who is keen to contribute to a small and very dynamic team. While the successful candidate will be involved in all areas of travel experiences development, they will have primary responsibility for maintenance of the PDMS.

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Maintain PDMS (Sitecore) which populates the brochure, website and guest documentation at various stages of brochure production
  • Assist in creating Insight and Luxury Gold global brochures
  • Work closely with marketing copy writers, implementing brand messaging and terminology to itinerary content
  • Proof brochure pages and website content
  • Issue instructions to product build team
  • Maintain dates, trip planner and briefing documents
  • Create internal marketing to promote and inform on new and existing products in the form of presentations, leaflets and a Product Update document
  • Liaise with suppliers and places of interest to incorporate in trips
  • General administrative tasks as required

 

Key skills and experience:

  •         Excellent command of written English is essential
  •      General office administration (high level competency in Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  •      High attention to detail and accurate data entry
  •      Excellent administration and communication skills
  •      Can do attitude
  •      Problem solving and creativity
  •      Flexibility with working hours during busy periods
  •      Ability to work to tight deadlines
