Travel Fares Support Agent required for this busy Glasgow based tour operator. Do you have Air fares experience gained from your travel industry career and looking to progress into a new travel role?
JOB DESCRIPTION: The main purpose of this role is to deliver front line air product support / fares helpdesk for this tour operator, using your fare / CAT35 / APF knowledge.
Other key responsibilities in this role: - Manage the fares distribution mailbox. - Prioritise loading, maintaining the workload list and monitoring outsourcing productivity. - Check timely and accurate CAT35 and APF loading. - Alter the in-house system with any airline changes. - Work on the fares helpdesk, answering fare / air queries at point of sale, by telephone & or call Christine on
