Specialist Travel Company based in Stockport are seeking a fulfilment Coordinator to deal with any ad-hoc requirements of the business to ensure the smooth running of all departments. This international company work with business big and small to create and manage a variety of sales promotions, loyalty and Travel campaigns. If you currently work in travel sales, customer service or admin and are looking for a change then we would like to hear from you! Using you travel knowledge you will be on hand to offer support to all areas of the business, from customer service to admin.
JOB DESCRIPTION: As a fulfilment Coordinator will be on hand to deal with any ad-hoc requirements of the business in a timely and efficient manner.
Duties include * Deal with special requests for disabled passengers * Amend existing bookings * Assist with the cancellation of bookings * Acknowledge customers correspondence within the ABTA guidelines time scale * Register advance bookings * Help and support customers with any in resort issues * Assist the reservations team during busy periods taking, overflow calls * Assist the customer service team during busy periods, taking overflow calls
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: * Have a well-rounded knowledge of the travel industry and best travel administration practice * Professional, confident and personable and able to build relationships with colleagues, clients and suppliers at all levels * Have a responsible, level-headed and fair attitude - calm under pressure * Excellent organisational skills * Natural investigator, to investigate all areas of complaint
