Travel Industry - Latin America Travel Sales Executive

A specialised and growing Tour Operator of over 20 years, sending customers to every corner of the earth on bespoke and tailor made holidays is looking for a Latin America Specialist to join its expert team. 

• You will be handling enquires and reservations over the telephone, face to face and via email/internet for our clients growing Latin/South America division helping to promote, create and sell tailor made holidays to Latin America. 

• In a varied role you will be creative, listen to and understand client's preferences in order to create inspiring and original itineraries. 

• The job will require you to update the website for the relevant areas, create copy for newsletters and e-news and maintain a Travel Blog. 

• You will be expected to meet and exceed targets through effective management of areas, generate new business by continually improving and developing new programmes, develop key relationships with outside agents and suppliers and be self motivated and have the ability to work unsupervised and on own initiative.

• The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for Latin America, Travel in general and a commitment to responsible tourism. 

• You will have travelled around Latin America, and be committed to providing excellent customer service, have excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to thrive on working in a pressurised environment, be able to work to a be stretched to targets. 

• This is an excellent role for those with or without experience in the industry, and an abiding passion for Latin America.
