Our partner is looking for a Branch manager to manage the sales team of dynamic travel agents located in London.The responsibilities of the Branch manager are to lead a team of travel consultants by ensuring each individual reaches their sales target. This will be monitored by tracking each individual against KPI's. You will also motivate the team on a daily basis, by creating a dynamic atmosphere to work in, be responsible in arranging team night outs. He/she will follow agreed plans and budgets for driving growth of stores turnover margin and profit. He/she will communicate fully in daily and weekly business meetings. You will ensure all staff are trained highly in customer service and levels maintained. You will ensure the store is compliant with companies' guidelines.The successful applicant will have a proven track record in sales, conversion and profitability. He/she should have previous experience working in a management or supervisory role. He/she will be self motivated, possess excellent time management skills and able to multi task. You will have strategic as well as operational thinking. Applicants must have previous Travel Sales management.
