Travel Industry - Retail Travel Sales Manager

£23k OTE £30k, Surrey

Our partner is looking for a Branch manager to manage the sales team of dynamic travel agents located in Surrey.
The responsibilities of the team leader are to lead a team of travel consultants by ensuring each individual reaches their sales target. This will be monitored by tracking each individual against KPI's.

Role

  • You will motivate the team on a daily basis, by creating a dynamic atmosphere to work in, be responsible in arranging team night outs.
  • You will follow agreed plans and budgets for driving growth of stores turnover margin and profit.
  • You will communicate fully in daily and weekly business meetings.
  • You will ensure all staff are trained highly in customer service and levels maintained.
  • You will ensure the store is compliant with companies' guidelines.

Requirements

  • The successful applicant will require having a proven track record in sales, conversion and profitability.
  • You should have previous experience working in a management or supervisory role.
  • You will be self motivated, possess excellent time management skills and able to multi task.
  • You will have strategic as well as operational thinking.
  • To be considered you must have travel industry sales management experience
