This exciting role is ideal for a travel professional from a travel concierge company, tour operator or villa specialist seeking career progression and something a little different. There is a great opportunity to work in their offices in America and the Far East.

Provide a travel-concierge service to members before, after and during their trips.
Manage complaints professionally.
Manage a portfolio of elite travel properties.
Serve as the first point of contact for all travel members.
Handle multiple member services queries simultaneously via phone, email, live chat and social forums with flair and personality.
Answer after-sales and membership queries and provides the highest level of customer service to members.
Experience within the travel industry is essential
Excellent attention to detail, with strong communication skills (both written and spoken)
Passion for customer service
Fluency in other languages, particularly European is ideal but not essential
