Great new role available to join one of UK’s fastest travel company's  in their sales support back office team working as an operations excutive In this role you will be  ensuring the after sales and customer service are maintained to a  very high standard.   

Travel Operations Duties: 

- Answering the phone with a friendly and professional tone.

- Invoice checking against the booking (ensuring the spelling of clients' names, departure dates and where applicable; resorts, board basis and number of nights are all correct).

- Tour Operator invoice processing (attached into the correct bookings and/or entered into Booking Management system and Accounts).

- Ticket checking against the booking (ensuring the spelling of clients' names, departure dates and where applicable; resorts, board basis and number of nights are all correct).

- Ticket filing into the correct booking.

- Check bookings in Tour Operators' and/or Airline booking systems.


Travel Operations Experience: 

- Previous operations or administration experience within the travel industry 

- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, prioritise and co-ordinate tasks.

- Ability to persuade and negotiate.

- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.

- Strong customer service ability.
