As an Operations Co-ordinator, you will be part of a small team and you will be primarily assisting the Operations Executives.
On the job training will be given to enable you to cover the following:
-Researching and sourcing new suppliers UK/Ireland or mainland Europe and negotiating best possible rates, either on the internet or by phone.
-Booking entrance tickets to attractions, meals at restaurants etc.
-Liaising with Finance team re making supplier payments either on line or over the phone using the appropriate company credit cards.
-Ensuring that paperwork is passed to Finance team for all confirmed services.
-Requesting new suppliers to be set up on Tourplan, completing relevant form and providing essential supplier information to the Finance Team.
-Entering supplier service lines on Tourplan.
-Liaise with clients.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:
-Excellent English both written and spoken
-Knowledge of another language would be helpful but not essential
-Basic Word and Excel knowledge
-Willing to learn new skills
-Flexibility and the ability to multitask
-Attention to detail
-Friendly phone manner
