Travel Product and Support Executive – Caribbean
Circa £30,000 + benefits
My client is leading Travel Company specialising in worldwide luxury travel.
A new opportunity has arisen within their product department for a Travel Product and Support Executive to support their Caribbean product team.
Candidates must have previous product or support experience within the travel industry with knowledge of the Caribbean.
This role is initially offered on a 6 month’s maternity cover and the client will also consider 4 days per week/30 hours.
Travel Product and Support Executive Responsibilities:
Assisting with travel Manager enquires and providing support to get bookings confirmed and if required investigate further into alternative options.
To process all on request booking components
Dealing with invoice queries
Manage allocation & host to host bookings
Updating confirmations to the bookings
Ensuring any special requirements are booked for passengers
Offering alternative hotels if rooms are unavailable.
Dealing effectively with in resort issues and advising travel managers
Travel Product and Support Executive Experience Required:
Previous product or support experience within the travel industry with product knowledge of the Caribbean
Good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
Ability to develop good relationships with suppliers
Travel Product and Support Executive Salary and Benefits:
Salary package circa £30,000
