Travel Purchase Ledger / Accounts Assistant - South Manchester - salary up to £22k
A leading corporate travel company based in South Manchester are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger/ Accounts Assistant to join their growing team. The role provides accurate and professional administrative support dealing with Travel, Hotel and Client invoices in accordance with agreed procedures and the processing of Credit Card payments.
Travel Purchase Ledger / Accounts Assistant Responsibilities:
*Setting up of new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details
*Reconciliation of supplier statements
*Managing petty cash
*Maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers
*Reviewing Systems and processes and making improvements where necessary
Travel Purchase Ledger / Accounts Assistant Experience:
* Sound knowledge of finance/accounts department processes.
*Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage workloads in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
* Computer literate with excellent MS office skills.
* Confident communicator (written and verbal) with the ability to build strong working relationships.
* Exceptional planning and organisational skills, with keen attention to detail.
