Travel Reservations Consultant (Trade) are required by a forward thinking, dynamic, travel company, to work in a busy team in their luxury central London offices.   As Travel Reservations Consultant (Trade) you will be playing a key customer service role in the development of our clients sales of their quirky product to the travel trade.

As Travel Reservations Consultant (Trade) you will:

  • Sell a full product range to travel trade partners
  • Develop trade relationships with pro-active account management
  • Understand the business requirements of each individual Travel Trade partner and anticipate their requests and requirements
  • Distribute special travel offers to clients
  • Offer excellent customer service at all times
  • Process bookings at the correct buy and sell rates
  • To upsell additional travel product as appropriate at every opportunity

The successful Travel Reservations Consultant (Trade) will have an enthusiastic and infectious personality, with the ability to effortlessly build relationships with people.  As Travel Reservations Consultant (Trade) you will have some reservations experience, with excellent customer service skills, who is always looking to go the extra mile.
