Travel Sales Administrator


Travel Sales Administrator required to join established travel company’s sales support department and provide administrative support to the company

Key Duties

  • Typing and processing of quotation paperwork for clients and double checking of the costing information supporting these.
  • Filing of all the above and updating of the associated excel files.
  • Various administrative support tasks supporting the sales team.
  • Updating of the appropriate CRM databases recording sales information.
  • Management of office stock levels and ordering of associated supplies and marketing materials.
  • Review of invoicing of the above for submission to accounts payable.
  • Working closely with the sales team giving enhanced support with our annual schools and colleges convention.
  • Periodic updating and review of health and safety information to support sales.

  • Previous Travel Industry experience (preferred)
  • Previous administrative experience (essential)
