Travel Sales Consultant - Ski & Med
Our client is a tour operator specialising in ski and summer beach & alpine activity holidays operating throughout France, Greece and Austria.
Within a small dedicated sales team, the travel sales consultant can achieve target and earn excellent commission.
As a Travel Sales Consultant you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, so first impressions are key! Building either full week or weekend & midweek packages, you will maximise sales by identifying customers’ requirements. Maintaining relationships with clients, recommending suitable options and providing support, information and guidance are key elements of this role.
The Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for maximizing the usage of rooms in our chalets and hotels, coordinating the bookings of full week, midweek and weekend ski breaks. Most clients’ requirements will request researching and developing a set of options - every sales enquiry is treated as unique. The ideal candidate will be someone passionate about delivering outstanding customer service with a ‘can do’ attitude, able to work with tailor-made bookings and driven by targets.
