A unique opporunity for a Travel Sales Consultant to join Europe's leading seller of Spa travel packages and holidays, based in Farringdon. The role of Travel sales Consultant will be working in our fast paced internationals team where you will be deadling with new enquries from Customer's who are wanting to book overseas spa breaks and holidays. This is a fast paced travel sales role that would suit a tenacious Sales Consultant with Travel industry experience who wants the oppotunity to earn more money than the typical travel industry role offers. We work with over 650 spa venues around the world and are growing rapidly. As a result we are on the lookout for talented individuals to join our highly successful growing team and who can make a difference. Spabreaks.com is a fast-paced and driven environment and the successful candidate will work as part of a dynamic team liaising between clients and venues to book all elements of a customer's spa break. Role to include, but not limited to:- You will be working in a fast paced and challenging role liaising between clients and venues to book all elements of a customer's international spa break. To react in a professional and efficient manner to phone and email enquiriesTo take details from customer, communicating in a polite and friendly way to identify the customer's exact needs and requirements.To be able to read and understand hotel contractsBe able to switch sell to other destinations/hotelsBeing able to upsell and include spa add onsTo communicate with the various reservations departments at specific venues in order to check availability and discuss availability, treatment times and specifications.To follow up with customers, communicating back what has been found, closing sales, taking payment details in a courteous and discreet manner. ? To follow up with old enquiries, focusing on identifying potential new business from old leads. Take advantage of opportunities to up-sell and cross sell other products where customer needs justify theseTo maintain a high level of product knowledge at all times, through additional brochure reading and daily checks of the websiteAny other additional administration duties as required. Required Experience You will have at least six months telesales experience within a travel / hospitality call centre environment.A team player, with the ability to communicate with different departments and clientsCarry effective organisational skills and the ability to multi-taskHard workingDedicated Proven ability to work under pressure What's in it for you?
