I am currently recruiting for a Travel Sales and Operations Associate to join a busy, friendly team in North Hampshire. You will be a highly experienced travel professional, from either a business travel or retail travel background and you will be responsible for the leisure sales within the company. You will also be responsible for supporting the implementation and management of marketing campaigns to increase company awareness. This is a fantastic opportunity within a fast-growing travel company.
*Travel sales (including travel retail)
*Support the entire business with travel sales, product development and operations experience
*Assist in outbound operations by overseeing all business and administration aspects, such as sales, tour operations, travel trade support, including bookings & reservations
*Drive and enhance business growth, revenues and profitability, utilising your sales expertise, product & destination knowledge and a wealth of channels & technology
*Manage reservations, airfares & ticketing (IATA) as a GDS expert, including - queues, refunds, rebooking, changes, contingency management, ADM investigation (training provided)
*Continually enhance personal knowledge in relation to new destinations, travel products & services Worldwide
*Support the implementation and management of marketing campaigns and initiatives to increase company awareness online and offline basis, demonstrating skills across social media and or contactfor more information.
