JOB DESCRIPTION: We are actively seeking a suitably experienced Travel Team Leader to join a rapidly expanding travel sales team based in Manchester. This role will involve motivating and developing a team of Travel Sales Consultants to achieve and exceed sales targets, whilst also working on the road supporting the home workers.
Travel Team Manager Duties: - Be responsible for the day to day management of the team. - Coach and develop the Reservations Team to maximise performance and ensure high levels of customer service in line with SLA's and KPI's - Work in close partnership with the training team to ensure that team members have the skills required to carry out role effectively - Build and promote a positive work culture, which promotes the delivery of excellent customer service.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: You will be Sales-focussed with previous experience of leading/managing teams, this can be from a previous travel call centre or Retail Travel. Cruise experience is desirable.
THE PACKAGE: Must be able to work 7 day shift pattern between 9am and 9pm. In exchange for your hard work, you will be offered an excellent basic salary plus commission, depending on experience, along with excellent benefits.
