Are you a Travel Consultant looking to take a step into a new role with a twist?! Are you ready to showcase your organisational, language and customer service skills? Are you able to work within a time frame and process bookings quickly and effectively? Work for a niche travel group based in Lancashire to help organise group trips to over 100 destinations worldwide.

Job Description:
*Responsible for a range of various land arrangements including accommodation, transport, attractions and excursions
*Acting as a Liaison between internal consultants, external suppliers and agents
*Able to work within the agreed SLA and to quality standards
*Able to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and agents
*Communicate clearly with internal consultants
*Ensure the accuracy and standardisation of documentation issued to suppliers and clients

Experience required:
*MUST speak French and Spanish
*Travel experience, ideally with hotel reservations
*Minimum two years administration experience
*Proven experience of working towards targets and meeting deadlines
*A 'can do' attitude
*A professional approach
*IT Literate and experience using Microsoft office products
*Good geographical knowledge
*Driving license

The package:
*Monday to Friday permanent role
*Office hours - 9-5:30pm
*Salary is £17,500
*+ an excellent benefits package
