We're looking for a highly skilled team member who is able to work at a high service level in the fares and ticket department in a well-established, independent business travel company. You'll be used to the fast paced environment servicing both your office and other branches. You'll be joining at an exciting time in a corporation going places. A great salary of £29,000 (DOE) is offered along with fantastic Monday-Friday office hours!
Job description *Auditing and loading fares. *Ensuring any missing fares on the systems are restored efficiently and liaising with airlines where needed *Managing ADM etc and any other fine disputes *Actioning BSP links for three location/hubs *Running reports to refund unused E-tickets *Assist the ticketing team over busy periods *Checking over new airline net fares conditions and updating with teams of changes *Providing written guidelines for best practice to update staff on best working practice and changes in processes / fare rules/ conditions. *Make sure on intranet information is up to date regarding such details as 'tax refunds' etc *Ensuring the OOH team invoices are correct *Maintaining a close relationship with airlines for purposes of fares, contracts and IATA certificates.
Experience The right candidate will have been actioned all the above, ideal would be on Sabre but other GDS' will be considered. In a similar role for another Travel Management Company.
The package Other than fantastic hours, the salary is also a rather regarding - £25,000 - £29,000 DOE! (Could be negotiable)
