Travel Telesales Consultant – £20k OTE 35k Uncapped- Central London

 

Travel Telesales Consultant you will be working for a Luxury Travel Company which is rapidly expanding and the market leader in its field.  The successful Telesales Consultant will be able to work within an extremely fast paced and buzzing environment with an ability to multitask.  You will be liaising between suppliers and clients and be a part of a dynamic team.

 

As Telesales Consultant you need to have previous telesales experience and be driven and motivated to make money.  You must work well under pressure and have really positive attitude and excellent telephone manner.  Social, resilient and dedicated.

  • To act in a professional and efficient manner to phone and email enquiries
  • To take details from the customer, communicating in a polite and friendly way to identify the customer’s exact needs and requirements
  • To communicate with the various reservations departments at specific venues in order to check availability and discuss availability,
  • To follow up with customers, venues and other third parties to close sales and take payment
  • To identify potential new business from old leads
  • Use initiative to upsell and cross-sell other products to the customer
  • To maintain a high level of product knowledge at all times through ongoing training and daily use of the Spabreaks.com website
  • Other additional administration duties as required
