My client is a leading luxury niche tour operators dealing with discerning clients.
They are now recruiting for a Travel Trade Sales Executive focusing on their cruise product working with travel trade agents in the South of England.
The objective is to increase revenue and opportunities from a range of travel agent accounts, were relationship management is crucial.
The successful applicant is likely to have a travel background in agency sales or have worked in office based travel sales roles looking to break into a field based travel sales role.
Travel Trade Sales Executive Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage and develop significant levels of business with key travel agency partners in the North of England
Develop specialist business from key retail and online agents in the territory
Identify and generate new business opportunities
Provide agent training, roadshows and seminars throughout your territory
Travel Trade Sales Executive Experience and Attributes
Previous sales experience within the travel industry having worked to targets is essential
Results driven and keen to achieve beyond the required
Be self motivated combined with the ability to work as part of a team
Good relationship management skills
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Demonstrate good business acumen and ability to identify new opportunities
Diving licence essential
