New Frontiers are now supporting a leading worldwide leisure and travel company who is now looking to recruit an experienced Trainer/Training Executive to join their Training team
AS a Trainer/Training Specialist you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:
As Sales & Systems trainer you will report to the Training and Development Manager and work closely with the call centre operations team. Your primary role will be to deliver sales and systems training and you will be targeted on the success of the call centre agents you train and develop.
The role will also require you to deliver one to one coaching sessions to call centre agents, assist in managing under performance of call centre agents, pro-actively identify training needs and develop training solutions.
Proven sales training skills are essential, as is the ability to develop training materials to meet business needs. Experience of delivering webinars is desirable
