Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

 

  • Ensure that all inbound call and email enquiries are handled promptly and effectively
  • Provide accurate and the most updated information on product, promotions and procedures to customers
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service levels consistent with the company’s brand and reputation 
  • Resolve customer service issues, escalating to the Sales Manager (UK & Europe) when appropriate
  • Communicate with management and colleagues using effective verbal and written skills
  • Provide cover and support to customer facing services as requested in the Sandals Luxury Travel Store.
  • Liaison with the Weddings, Sandals Select and Concierge teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Apply strong attention to detail, organisational skills at all times
  • Take on any other responsibilities or tasks that are within the scope of a sales executive, whenever reasonably instructed

 

 

Knowledge & Skill Requirements

 

  • 3 years travel industry experience acquired while selling holidays around the world
  • Possess a good knowledge of airlines and the networks
  • Have experience of working with a GDS preferably Galileo
  • Practice effective team working skills
  • Had a demonstrable track record of sustained success in achieving sales targets, whilst working to an incentive scheme
  • Good IT skills including the use of Microsoft Office Word & Excel

·           Possession of a good work ethic conducive to a positive working environment

·           Good attendance and punctuality in accordance with the Company’s policies
