Visa/Travel Administrator – Competitive Salary + Benefits – Romford, Essex

The Role

PG Global have opened up an exciting new role for a Visa/Travel Administrator in their Romford office. The role will have two parts to it: on the Visa side, you will be facilitating the visa applications of our international clients on both ends, and on the Travel side, you will be supporting the visa process through assisting personnel on a range of flights.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in administration; some background in visa services or logistics is preferred is preferred but not essential. They will need to combine a keen eye for detail to spot document mistakes with excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with clients and other officials. This is a fantastic opportunity to expand your career working with international clients.

The key responsibilities of a Visa/Travel Administrator include, but are not limited to:

  • Processing applications of behalf of international clients’ staff both in the destination country and their country of origin, ensuring an efficient and smooth service
  • Assisting personnel on a range of flights to support the visa process
  • Interacting daily with clients and their staff, government agencies and third-party agents throughout the process

The Person

The key skills and qualities of a Visa/Travel Administrator:

  • Previous role in an office demonstrating an eye for detail
  • Possesses high accuracy and pays extremely close attention to detail, with the ability to spot mistakes or errors in documents, no matter how small
  • The ability to absorb new information quickly and adapt to change in the process
  • A good level of IT skills and working on a computer
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Fluent English, with ideally a second language such as Portuguese or Spanish
