Wholesale Travel Consultant - South London 18k + (up to £32k ote) + excellent benefits
Working for the Tour Operator team of a large international travel brand - To be part of a profitable Sales Team, to be an expert in your destination field and deliver a superior customer service.
Responsible for sales growth year on year, hitting targets on preferred holidays and ticket sales whilst offering exceptional customer service with the customer’s best interests in mind
You will be able to juggle several responsibilities competently, focused on monthly KPI targets and drive towards them.
To be engaged with our retail consultants to increase sales.
Ability to build relationships and go out of your way to exceed expectations
Able to solve problems and complaint situations quickly and efficiently.
Be able to communicate with team members and work together in close proximity
You will have a minimum 6 months experience in a travel consultant role
Ability to work independently
Able to use initiative and self-motivation to reach targets and exceed expectations.
Lateral thinker and calm under pressure
Ability to think ‘outside the box’ and to control situations that may arise.
Attention to detail
Be able to process lots of information accurately and ensure invoicing is correct.
