Salford City College have an exciting opportunity for a Work Based Learning Delivery Manager to drive forward the college's outstanding Apprenticeship and Traineeship provision and deliver an excellent learner experience. The high performing apprenticeship team deliver across a wide range of sector areas - Construction and Engineering, Health & Social Care, Childcare, Business Administration and Management, IT, Hospitality & Catering, Hair & Beauty, Creative Digital Media.

The successful candidate will be forward-thinking, creative and driven to provide the very best learning experiences for our apprentices. They will also have an outstanding track record as a leader with excellent communication and organisational skills, be an inspirational practitioner and strongly committed to working with the College's values and ethos.

This post will suit an outstanding individual who has proven vision and a strong focus on employer engagement and customer satisfaction, and can evidence delivery of high overall and timely success rates. You should also have the ability to build and maintain partnerships and key relationships both internally and externally.
