My client is seeking a manager who will take full ownership for proactively delivering Five Star Customer service across three key buildings in central London. You will be responsible for leading a team with day to day liaison with the organisations community ensuring the facilities run smoothly and to a high standard. You will be responsible for the following: The management of outsourced partners to include receptions service, cleaning and M&E The auditing and analysis of all outsourced partners ensuring they deliver against set KPI's Weekly reporting and benchmarking all service areas to ensure exceptional results The day to day leadership ensuring you hold weekly meetings in order to coach, lead and project manage. To focus your team on delivering Five Star Service The following attributes are a requirement: An analytical mind and the ability to deliver reports documenting the outsourced partners results Excellent communication and that ability to interface with key stakeholders in the community A good understanding of what Five Star Service looks like and the ability to ensure that this is delivered at all times A background from a high end Hotel (Operational Management Level) or corporate services Immaculate presentation A leader who can drive the vision of the business This is an opportunity to transfer front of house operational skills from either a quality hotel or corporate services arena. The ideal candidate will need to be ambitious, tenacious and hungry to make their mark!
