 Our client is an award winning, forward thinking and dynamic elite tour operator that offer inspirational journeys throughout the world for travellers. Due to success and expansion, they are now seeking an experienced  Worldwide Travel Consultant to join their friendly and busy team, full and part time.

This is a great opportunity for a tailormade travel consultant seeking career progression seeking something a little different in which you will be rewarded for your hard work.

Your career begins here! Each day will not be the same:

  • Creating inspiring itineraries across the globe including India, Sri Lanka, Oman, Morocco, Latin America, Canada, New Zealand, Indochina, Borneo/Malaysia or USA.
  • Manage customer service levels in the run up to your client departing including offering additional services such a parking and the pre booking of spa treatments and dinner reservations and once your client has returned.
  • Communicating with clients via email, phone, and in meetings in the office in which leads are generated by the website, telephone calls, repeat bookings, and referrals.
  • Drawing on your own product knowledge and experiences to offer clients the best possible advice.
  • Participating in FAM trips to increase product knowledge

Essential Experience

  • India, Sri Lanka, Oman, Morocco, Latin America, Canada, New Zealand, Indochina, Borneo/Malaysia or USA product knowledge.
  • Experience working for a travel agency o tour operator is essential.
  • Be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
