A Travel Consultant is required by a Multi-Award-Winning UK tour operator, with an expanding global portfolio in the holiday market, to join a vibrant and outgoing sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in travel sales with a passion for selling holidays!

The key responsibilities for the Worldwide Travel Consultant are:

  • Convert Tailor-made itineraries by working with the client to match the right product to the client’s needs
  • Responsible for managing the whole client experience from initial enquiry to when your clients return home
  • Respond to all enquires within agreed SLA
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Liaising with suppliers and hoteliers

The key skills required for the Worldwide Travel Consultant are:

  • Ideally one year’s travel sales experience
  • Had a demonstrable track record of sustained success in achieving sales targets
  • Apply strong attention to detail, organisational skills at all times
  • GDS (Galileo) experience would be preferable
  • Good IT skills including the use of Microsoft Office Word & Excel
  • Able to work flexible hours including some weekends and evenings
