Travel Account Manager, London £26-35k
Are you a commercial executive looking for the next step or an experienced account manager looking for the next move? If so we'd like to hear from you. Our tour operator client is looking for a strong negotiator to manage their trade accounts and source superb rates. If you are a good team player they can offer a salary between £26k and £35k + bonus depending on experience.
Travel Account Manager Responsibilities:
* Manage trade suppliers to ensure successful relationships
* Negotiate favorable deals and rates
* Secure joint marketing and event sponsorship funds from suppliers
* Manage campaigns and incentives at branch level
* Ensure product and special rates are promptly updated
* Analysis and review of commercial performance and competitor activity
* Researching new suppliers to expand the existing portfolio
Travel Account Manager Requirements:
* Background in Commercial or Account Management
* Commercially aware
* Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
* Attention to detail
* Superb telephone manner
* Resilient
Additional Information:
* Salary £26-35k depending on experience
* Based in London but some travel may be required
* Performance Bonus
