ACCOUNT MANAGER

Are you looking a challenging and rewarding career move and are currently working in an account management capacity for a TMC or Airline? Then working for this leading business travel company as an Account Manager could be just the move you are looking for! Providing an all round account management service for some very high profile companies, your role will involve presentations, contract negotiation, MIS reporting work, ensuring service levels are strictly adhered to:

Role of Account Manager:

- Responsible for a portfolio of high profile accounts and providing them with a first class account management service
- Carrying out financial service reviews, providing reports and analysis to identify growth opportunities, and travel trends
- Developing strong working relationships with key contacts
- Strictly monitoring service levels and agreements, ensuring these are effective and reporting back to all operations staff with feedback
- Assist, when necessary, the sales team in tendering processes and actively participate in re-tender processes to ensure retention of business
- Assist with and oversee implementation of new accounts
- Responsible for problem solving and trouble shooting for accounts

Necessary Account Manager skills:

- Account Management experience essential
- Business travel market knowledge and experience ideal
- Experience of MS Office
- Presentation writing skills
- Customer service driven
- Positive communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking
- Good time management skills
- Self-assurance to achieve business goals


Additional Information for Account Manager:

- At least 3-years experience in a senior sales or account management role, B-2-B within Travel essential
- Excellent starting salary of 35k

- Role could be part-based from home
