Job Description

German Speaking Executive Jet Broker - Based in Frankfurt

Are you a graduate with a passion for the Aviation/Travel Industry? Have you previously worked in an Account Manager/ Business Development position? Are you now looking for a new challenge with a fantastic company where you will have the opportunity to grow and progress your career?

Job Description:

You will be responsible for building up customer relations and creating a client list by targeting individual clients and companies who require passenger chartering culminating in them using the services of my client.

The successful applicant will charter aircraft including helicopters, private jets and wide-body airliners for a diverse client base consisting of governments, High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI), corporations and the travel industry.


Experience Required:

Industry Knowledge

Ideally educated to degree level in appropriate field (aviation, business studies, language, communications, Geography) but not essential.
Sales experience within aviation industry or a proactive account management role
Knowledge of the product in terms of aircraft types, availability, airports, handling agents etc. but not essential as training will be given

Client / Supplier Relationship Management

Demonstrate experience in managing relationships with astute customers
Demonstrate the ability to deal with problems or challenges in a calm and professional manner
Demonstrate experience of procurement or negotiation in order to obtain best value for my client

A passion for aviation is essential.

Additionally: -

Business verbal and written fluency in both German and English is essential.
Successful new business sales achievement.
At least one year's proactive sales experience.
Must hold a driving licence.
Calm disposition and positive outlook, particularly when working under pressure.
Flexibility to change and adapt working hours and patterns if necessary.
Trustworthy and honest in all aspects of the role.
Self - motivated and happy to work with a high degree of autonomy.
Committed to the aims and objectives of Air Charter Service.
Team player who appreciates the value of co-operation within the local and international ACS team.
Tenacious and willing to keep trying in challenging situations.
Adaptable and responds well to feedback and change.
Imaginative and dedicated to finding new ways to improve working practices.





The Package:
If successful you will be offered a starting salary 30,000 Euros p.a. + fantastic commission. There will also be healthcare and pension (after qualifying period). Smart Phone or PDA
